Some cases need to be checked from your Dashboard. I will need access to your WordPress site. It is only temporary. The role has to be Administrator level so I can access the Theme area.
You can do it with a plugin Temporary login without password plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/)
Install (Plugin > Add new > search Temporary login without password on WordPress plugin directory) and activate it.
You can use your other email address for the information.
After you generate the login link, send me the login link and I will be able to access it.
You can delete it after I finish.
